Production
- Made-to-Order Process: All our products are created on-demand through our partnership with Printify. This means each item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed, promoting sustainable practices by reducing waste.
- Production Timeframe: Once your order is submitted, it typically takes between 2–7 business days for production to be completed. Please note that production times may vary depending on the product and current order volume.
Shipping
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order and it is being processed.
- Shipping Notification: Once your order has been produced and is ready for shipment, you will receive another email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor your order's journey until it reaches your specified delivery address.
- Delivery Timeframe: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. For orders within Europe, delivery typically takes approximately 5–10 business days after production. For orders to Northern Europe or EFTA states, delivery may take up to 15 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.
- Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. This will give you real-time updates on your order's status and estimated delivery date.
Returns & Claims
We strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are here to assist you.
Personalized Items
- Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- If your personalized item is damaged or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
General Return Guidelines
- Ensure that returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
